While most of our business is online courses, digital downloads, and coaching programs, we may occasionally offer physical products, such as books and apparel, that require shipping. Please review our shipping, returns & refund policy before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Soul Spire LLC ships only to addresses in the continental United States at this time.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (or USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee if available and selected at checkout) to the address you enter when placing your order. An email notification with tracking information will be provided once an order is shipped.
We package and ship in stock items within 3 business days of receiving your order. In the event there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email asap.
Custom orders generally take an additional 3-5 days production time, but again, we will communicate the estimated shipping date via email.
Please be sure to double-check the address/zip code to ensure we have the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues or an incorrect address being submitted.
Returns & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds as a general store policy. Food items are non-returnable – including coffee. Please be sure to read the product description, review the photos and feel free to reach out with questions prior to ordering.

Specifically, digital products such as online courses, digital downloads, workbooks, checklists, and eBooks are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.

Coaching and Consulting engagements require a signed contract, which includes details about payments, refunds, & cancellations. The contract supersedes the terms of this policy statement.
Please contact us if you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photos regarding size, color, materials and condition for each item.
Note that handmade items may vary slightly from the online image, as they are made with natural materials and/or custom made when you order.
We can only accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds if there is a problem with the item itself within 14-days of purchase.
If you should encounter such a problem, please contact us via email within 14-days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue, photo of the item and let us know if you’re requesting a return/refund or return/exchange. We will get back to you within 1 business day via email with a Return Authorization Code and instructions. Please be aware that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original packaging.
Please Note: We don't accept returns or refunds/credit due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size or shipping delays that are out of our hands. We also cannot accept returns of consumable items – food, coffee, etc. – or personal items such as earrings or custom orders. We appreciate your understanding.
We will be happy to help you resolve any issues that may arise, so please do contact us if you aren’t 110% happy with your purchase.

Soul Spire LLC does not share, sell or provide user account information with any third parties, with the exception of what's required to process transactions and communicate directly with our customers/subscribers.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
